Agia Galini Beach

An old charming and picturesque fishing village, with pebble beach …

Agia Galini (in Greek “Holy Peace”) is a gorgeous village in the Bay of Messara.
Agia Galini has a cosy harbour and interesting scenery featuring high cliffs, flowers, a river, a beautiful view of the white mountains, and a pebble beach.

On one side of the harbour on a small hill are the statues representing Daidalos and Ikaros, overlooking the bay.

Both beaches of Agia Galini are east of the village and they can be reached easily along the path from the harbour.
Agia Galini has a pleasant and enjoyable sandy/pebble beach with many facilities to serve as a tourists area.

Agia Galini beaches feature calm waters, closed to the port of the village, being seperated by river Amarianos or Platys.
